Nicole is an experienced leader, advocate, and executive leadership coach with 25 years of experience in education, including 11 years as an Elementary School Principal. As the founder of Emerge the Soul LLC, she specializes in coaching emerging and established leaders, helping them develop cultural and emotional intelligence, identity exploration, and effective leadership strategies. Throughout her career, Nicole has been committed to fostering inclusive, supportive environments for individuals and communities.
After being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2019, Nicole found purpose in her diagnosis and began working as a Community Engagement Manager with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, where she plans and hosts community awareness events, supports self-help group leaders, and connects individuals living with and impacted by MS to life-thriving resources. Her lived experience with MS has deepened her commitment to advocacy, empowering those with disabilities to find their voice and identity.
