Rebecca Staley

Becky is an Account Partner at Surest. Previously, Becky was a National Accounts Manager at Vimly Benefit Solutions after relocating to Denver, Colorado. At Vimly, she led the DEI committee, and in her new role, she is working with employee resource groups to advocate for people with disabilities. While she no longer resides in the Chicagoland area, she maintains ties to the Chicago disability community through service as Vice President of the Board of Directors for L’Arche Chicago and her membership at Disability Lead. Becky’s previous experience includes Illinois State Chairperson for In-Abled Business Resource Group at Health Care Service Corporation, where she supported the mission to champion inclusion for people with disabilities and professional development opportunities for employees.
