Steph Ban

Steph Ban is a Program Associate at the Center for Tech and Civic Life as part of the Values and Standards for Election Excellence team. Her most recent prior experience was at AUCD as a Communications Assistant promoting COVID vaccine confidence. Prior to joining AUCD, she was a housing and financial counselor at Great Lakes Credit Union, where her main passion was making counseling as widely accessible as possible. Steph also interned at the disability rights organization Access Living. She brings a wealth of personal, activist, and academic experience with disability rights and a deep passion for cross-disability inclusion to her work. Steph is an independent scholar of U.S. disability history with additional research interests in disability, musicology, and the Enlightenment.
