Meet Thomas Dreixler, a passionate and skilled DevOps engineer with a drive to bridge technology and accessibility. With a strong foundation in Networking, Problem solving, and pattern recognition Tom is dedicated to building reliable, scalable, and inclusive solutions at the foundation.

As a DevOps engineer, Tom has to play multiple roles to help fulfill the needs of a small robust IT team, their ability to troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate effectively, create connections, and the ability to recognize patterns has made them a valuable asset to any team. Beyond technical proficiency, Tom is committed to advocating for accessibility and inspiring others with disabilities to pursue their career goals and step into a space as their whole self and not have to hide or mask themselves to fit into a corporate system not made for people with disabilities in mind.

They are also leading the foundations Staff lead affinity group providing support and information to disabled staff and disability worriers in their organization and holding the foundation accountable for going above and beyond the basic requirements put forward by the ADA.
