Jenn Jones

Jenn Jones is an operations and project management leader, who thrives on delivering results and fostering relationships. Prior to joining the Disability Lead, Jenn served as the Director of Operations at Leadership Greater Chicago (LGC) and as the Associate Registrar for Curriculum and Academic Services at Columbia College Chicago. Prior to her last role at Columbia, Jenn worked in both their Office of the Provost and Photography Department. Additionally, Jenn has held various higher education administration positions at Triton College, Elmhurst University, Simpson College, and Illinois State University. She is a valued subject matter expert in the field, having presented several times at both the American Association of College Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) and the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA).

Jenn is passionate about leveraging technology and data to drive business outcomes and improve processes. She finds joy in collaborating with diverse and talented teams, influencing decision-makers, and continuously learning.

Jenn feels connected to the work of Disability Lead through her own experience living with an acquired disability.  She graduated from Illinois State University with a Master of Science in Education and Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and has completed the Google Certificate in Project Management.  Originally from Michigan, Jenn has lived in Chicagoland for the past twenty years and currently calls Forest Park home.
